The content on ariongroup.ae is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Anything you send us through the forms on this site is a request to be contacted, not a signed engagement.
Working together
Advisory work is governed by the agreement we sign with each client, which sets out the scope, fees and terms of that engagement. Nothing on this site changes those agreements. Any figures we publish, such as savings on recent deals, are examples of past work and are not a promise of the same result on yours.
Intellectual property
The Arion Group name, logo, the playbook and everything written on this site belong to Arion Group. You are welcome to read and share links to it. You may not copy or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it as is and do not promise it will always be complete or error free. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Arion Group is not liable for decisions you make based on the general information on this site. Our liability for advisory work is set out in the signed client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai, unless the signed client agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
